1. Introduction

Diginstra Tech Solutions ("we", "us") is a web and application development company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, and your rights under Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).

2. Data We Collect

  • Page visits: the page path you visit, your IP address hashed with HMAC so it cannot be traced back to you as an individual, your browser's user agent, the referring site host, and a device category (mobile/desktop). This data is used for internal statistics only.
  • Website Audit tool: the URL you audit. If you submit the lead form, we also store your name and email.
  • Chatbot: the content of your conversations with our chatbot in an anonymous session, used to improve answer quality.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, and your message. This data is sent by email to our team and stored in Diginstra's official mailbox in accordance with the email provider's service policy, to follow up on your request.
  • Other free tools (password encryption, QR code generator, image compression, etc.): processed 100% in your browser. Your data is never sent to our servers.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Under UU PDP No. 27/2022, we process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Internal visit statistics, our legitimate interest in improving our services.
  • Leads (name and email from the audit tool), based on your consent, to follow up on service inquiries.
  • Contact form messages (name, email, WhatsApp number, message), based on the consent you give when submitting the form, to respond to your request and contact you via email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies

This site uses only the essential Laravel session cookie required for security and site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

5. Third Parties

  • Chatbot conversations, our legitimate interest in answering questions and improving service quality.
  • Contact form messages are delivered via our email provider (Zoho Mail) to Diginstra's official mailbox; Zoho's processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Hosting provider: this site is hosted on servers in Indonesia, which process data solely to provide the service to us.

6. Data Retention

  • Visit data is aggregate and used for internal statistics only.
  • Leads (name and email) are kept until you request deletion.
  • Contact form messages are kept in Diginstra's official mailbox until the request has been followed up or you request deletion.
  • Chatbot conversations are tied to an anonymous session and are not linked to your identity.

7. Your Rights

Under UU PDP No. 27/2022, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
  • Request deletion of your personal data;
  • Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
